I know that life is not always easy with all the challenges we have to go through daily. I want you to know that I am here to help with that. Sometimes it is hard to express our struggles because of the fear of being vulnerable. If you feel like no one cares or no one has time to listen to your struggles, I am here to listen! If there are times when you need an extra outlet or just want to figure out how you can make some changes in your life I can be here to guide you. I want this time that you chose for yourself to feel like the one time in your day that you have to not feel judged for letting everything out. Whether that is about a long day at work, family issues, friendships, or relationships. I want you to feel safe and comfortable while you are here with me during this journey so we can uncover all it is that you want to in order to reach your true state of Eudaimonia (happiness).
