Introduction

My focus is to provide clinical counseling to women, individuals, couples, and families. Making the decision to seek help from a therapist can be one of the hardest decisions to make but can be one of the best decisions to help process through life changes/challenges. It is human nature to be heard and felt in times of distress or you need a non-judgmental ear when making life changes for the better. The relationship between a therapist and client should be one of trust and safety. A place to be heard and not judged. This is what I want to provide for you.
