Introduction

Hello! I very much enjoy being a licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio and serving a plethora of clients of different ages, backgrounds, and needs. I received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Cincinnati in 2016, and have a background in psychology. I have worked in various settings, such as community mental health agencies, schools, and a hospital emergency department. I am passionate about giving my all for the people I serve, and love to provide mental health education to my clients as well as the greater community. I see my clients as more than just their symptoms or diagnosis-strengths, validation, connection, trust, and empowerment are all major components of my in-session work! I am grateful for the moments when I experience a hesitant client open up, or witness an awesome "aha!" revelation. I am a self-proclaimed chill, goofy, "nerdy" therapist who loves learning about new ways to help people, and incorporating creative, expressive, engaging techniques into my sessions!
