I am passionate about helping women find hope and connection as they navigate the unique mental health challenges that can occur with fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (PMH-C), meaning I have completed specialized training in therapeutic strategies specifically developed to support women as they move through this transformative time in life. In addition to providing information and supportive strategies to help you feel better, I will also help you explore your deepest values. Learning to take steps that align with your values can provide you with a personal sense of direction and hope in your life. Sessions are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday between 9:00am & 3:30pm. If you need immediate help and support, you are not alone.
