Marriage and family therapy Stephanie Sulea-Boone
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Issues

Introduction

I provide a safe and supportive space for individual adults who are looking to understand themselves on a deeper level. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck—whether they're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or painful relationship patterns. Together, we explore the underlying emotions, experiences, and unconscious dynamics that shape their lives. ‍ I work in a relational way, meaning therapy isn’t just about analyzing thoughts or behaviors—it’s about the power of connection. Our therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process, offering a space where you can explore emotions, develop self-awareness, and feel truly understood. The way we relate in therapy can also provide insight into how you relate to others, helping you break free from old patterns and build more fulfilling relationships. I believe that while many of us experience pain as a result of relational wounds, it is only within the context of relationship that true healing can be felt. ‍ My approach is deeply personal and uniquely catered to each client. Rather than offering quick fixes, I believe in creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Overtime, this work can lead to profound change—helping you feel more grounded, more present, and more in tune with yourself. I utilize a Psychodynamic, Attachment and Relational approach, and incorporate other treatment modalities to attend to the needs of each client. I enjoy working with people who suffer with the following issues: depression, anxiety, stage of life concerns, attachment issues, early childhood/developmental trauma, unexplained digestive issues, sexuality, spirituality, relationship distress, and general sense of feeling stuck in life.
