I have developed an organic and collaborative approach to therapy with awareness to creating a safe, judgement free environment. I use clients’ strengths to develop individualized goals to meet their needs and help them seek the change they desire. My aim is to teach my clients how to identify old, limiting beliefs that interfere with their relationships, their sense of purpose, and inner peace. I feel most do not realize the therapy process will meet you right where you are at. I have implemented a mind- body-spiritual focus while working on issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictions. I utilize a Trauma-Informed approach to seek awareness of how widespread the impacts of trauma on a person’s experiences and relationships can be. I tend to incorporate a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic models such as a Person-Centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I am also a registered Yoga instructor and employ mindfulness and grounding techniques.
