I have a passion to help those in need. I'm also fascinated with human behaviors, how the brain works, and Trauma. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults providing them with various therapy treatments using multiple counseling approaches. I've also worked with populations presenting with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar, and post-traumatic stress disorder among many others. My main approach is integrative to best help my clients. I'm have been a proud military spouse for over 15 years. Je parles Français. I want to walk in this journey with you and want to learn what it is like to walk in your metaphorical shoes. People are unique, and we can learn remarkable things from all our interactions. Individuals all have something to share and want to be seen and heard. I also believe people possess the necessary tools to live happy fulfilling lives, and I can act as a guide to get you where you want to be. I hold the mirror so that you can truly see yourself and learn to love yourself. Therapy can be scary and taking steps to change one’s life can also be a challenge but, I will be with you throughout this journey by creating a space where you can feel truly heard, seen, and never judged. A little about me: I graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am currently a Resident in Counseling. I have worked with all populations and various cultures. I believe in equality. I am trans-affirming, poly/kink allied as well as sex worker allied. I’m also part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize an integrative approach to best help my clients which include trauma-informed if applicable and I’m also seeking a deeper knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) modality. I would describe myself as kind, goofy, eclectic, and an out-of-the-box kind of thinker. I approach all facets of life with an open-mind and I’m super easy going, a go-with-the-flow kind of person. I love utilizing quotes and metaphors to help make sense of things. I also speak in lyrics because I love all music genres.
