Introduction

I have the privilege of supporting individuals and couples facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to depression, traumatic experiences, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, burnout/resilience, and relationship strain. If you find yourself grappling with any obstacle that hinders your path to a more fulfilling life, I am here to offer a caring space for you to explore and navigate these experiences. Let's embark on this journey together, focusing on your well-being and fostering a sense of warmth and understanding. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and believe in a holistic approach to counseling. My experience in community mental health (residential, outpatient, and intensive outpatient), primary care, and EAP counseling give me a unique insight into how health conditions affect all areas of life. I use evidence-based approaches to help my clients attain their goals I take an inviting approach to counseling, and collaborate with my clients in their healing. I believe people to be resilient, and know that we all get “stuck” sometimes. I work with my clients to identify their strengths and resources to get “unstuck” and move toward thriving in their lives. "It's easy to love the nice things about ourselves, but true self-love is embracing the difficult parts that live in all of us." - Rupi Kaur (poet) ** Special note about online/telehealth counseling. As I am only licensed in North Dakota, you would need to be located in the state of ND at the time of your visit. I have certification and experience in providing telehealth since 2016.
