I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology from New York University in 2003 and continued post graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. I've been licensed since 2007 providing assessment, consultation, supervision and treatment with a client centered approach ranging from employee assistance counseling to inpatient stabilization. I integrate a holistic approach by connecting mind, body and spiritual health recognizing that when one area improves, the others are sure to follow. I'm committed to providing support and acceptance to everyone I serve by instilling hope for continual growth. My hope is to partner with you to help you find the balance and peace of life we all crave and deserve. “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” Martin Luther King, Jr.
