Welcome! Whether you are working through a traumatic event, relationship challenges, or stress, I am happy and honored to help. My hope is to provide a sanctuary where you can find healing, make changes, and become the person you aspire to be. Given that I am from a family that was involved in military and the medical field, I am particularly drawn to working with public safety professionals (first responders- veterans, healthcare workers, police, firefighters, etc.). I am particularly interested in helping those who may be working through posttraumatic stress, relationship issues, general stressors, life transitions, or anxiety. I obtained my doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.) from Midwestern University. Throughout my internship, I developed particular focus areas of trauma and assessment. I also have experience in couples therapy, academic challenges, anxiety, depression, identity-related concerns, addiction, Spanish-speaking counseling, and DBT, amongst others. It would be a privilege to walk with you on your journey. My approach is warm, empathic, collaborative, so that you feel comfortable and appropriately challenged in working towards your goals.
