I have a passion to help people develop their personal power, strength to set boundaries and self development. The goal is to restore yourself, develop healthy relationships, set goals that challenge and motivate you to live a better life. I use cognitive behavioral strategies, DBT and an integrative approach that works through narratives and trauma focused healing. I specialize in Anxiety, mood disorders, depression, family systems and truama therapy. I offer therapy in a teaching capacity. Each client makes their own unique "tool box" notebook that will aid them in everyday life and help overcome future stressors.
