Introduction

You want to feel like your old self, but life has been hitting you from every angle and can’t catch a break. You’re normally ambitious and successful, but have gone through a life transition, such as a breakup, promotion, engagement, or move. Adjusting to it causes you to feel stressed, anxious, sad, or affected your confidence, self-esteem & identity. Maybe you're experiencing miscommunication with your partner, or even wedding-panning anxiety. You’re ready to improve your self-awareness, goals, boundaries & assertiveness. Most of all, you’re ready to become anew, feel in control of your life again. If this sounds like you, let's talk. At times we go through adjustments and phases in life, and need or "vent" to process to get back on track. I specialize in adjustment disorders & pre-marital therapy. My approach is to have a comfortable convo and listen. You’ll feel like you have an unbiased friend who keeps it real. I self-disclose like Irvin Yalom; you'll get to know me. Our conversations will have pop-references, metaphors, & bad words. I am existential, a realist & eclectic, which means we will explore, find meaning, and implement solutions... at your pace. I'm trained in Prepare/Enrich, EMDR & Gottman level 1 for couples. I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership and I've worked with young adults in leadership positions who've experienced burnout, stress, anxiety - navigating their careers. A nationally certified counselor, I'm dually licensed in Marriage & Family Therapy as well as Mental Health Counseling. As seen on TLC's Hot & Heavy season finale. Tambien hablo español. If you feel we may be the right "fit," feel free to message me to take the next step! DISCLAIMER: I do not accept insurance for couples therapy.
