Introduction

My ideal client is an individual who is willing to work. I have a passion for helping clients learn more about who they are and how to fully accept both the good and the bad within them. This understanding of who we are, will always lead to a healthier state of mind. For me there is no greater reward then seeing a client reach that AH-HA moment that true inner growth and self-awareness connects. I work with clients who have trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and more. Meds are not enough! Your best bet is a collaborative approach with both meds and psychoeducation/counseling
