Hi, I'm Stephanie! I'm passionate about mental health and helping others to integrate their trauma to achieve more meaningful and fulfilling lives. I have experience with grief, trauma, sexual abuse, adoptees, people with disabilities, individuals in recovery, anxiety and depression. My goal is to meet my clients where they're at and work together to achieve the goals that will bring them into alignment with their most grounded and most confident self.
