I understand that minority communities and men often struggle to find a safe and supportive space to discuss their mental health. My practice is committed to providing that safe space, where you can openly express your concerns and work toward healing. While I am especially mindful of the unique challenges faced by these groups, I welcome and support anyone in need of mental health care. My goal is to offer compassionate, non-judgmental care to everyone, regardless of background. Being able to realize the signs of mental health problems can be difficult. I'm here to assist in learning how to identify any symptoms and manage emotions differently. I believe a relaxed, open, honest environment can make sessions both productive and enjoyable. I am an animal lover and have three dogs, Luke, Ashoka, and Sampson, who likes to join sessions from time to time. I welcome clients to have their pets in session if desired.
