Introduction

My name is Stephanie Milan, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I know how difficult it is to take the first step toward improving your quality of life, and I'm excited that you have come this far. ​ I enjoy helping people gain a better understanding of what they are going through. I believe that POC and men struggle with finding a safe place to get help, and I provide an open environment for everyone to heal and learn. ​ I treat ages 13 and up for concerns such as, depression, anxiety, eating disorders. Being able to realize the signs of mental health problems can be difficult. I'm here to assist in learning how to identify any symptoms and manage emotions differently. I believe a relaxed, open, honest environment can make sessions both productive and enjoyable. I am an animal lover and have three dogs, Luke, Ashoka, and Sampson, who likes to join sessions from time to time; I enjoy when clients have their pets in session as well. I look forward to being part of your journey to living your best life
