Introduction

Stephanie graduated in 2010, from Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH, with a Master's in Counseling. Since then she has worked with court-ordered youth and served as a bereavement coordinator. She began growing her own family, alongside deepening her understanding of effects of trauma and various treatment modalities. After becoming a Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist, she opened Hopeful Heart Hypnotherapy & Counseling, LLC, in 2018. From The Wellness Institute, she completed Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist training in 2022, as well as Transpersonal Coaching in 2025. She is currently enrolled in the Traumatic Stress Studies Certification program with Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk's Trauma Research Foundation. Stephanie is committed to expanding her knowledge with a growth-mindset to provide exceptional trauma-informed care.
