Stephanie is a mental health therapist who enjoys working with teenagers and adults. She desires to help people heal and improve their lives by viewing each client as unique individuals and tailoring counseling to fit their goals and needs. Stephanie uses various approaches in her work including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Stephanie is certificated in hypnosis under the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists (NBCCH), and she is also EMDR trained. Stephanie loves walking alongside clients as they learn to experience life’s challenges in new ways. Stephanie studied Public Relations at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). Since graduating from undergrad, she has worked for Young Life in both Memphis and Bristol, TN. Stephanie holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is very excited to be living back in Knoxville where she can be found at one of the many local coffee shops or hiking with her husband and two dogs.
