Introduction

Hi! I'm Stephanie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges and overwhelming emotions and who are looking to gain a deeper understanding about themselves, get at the roots of the problems or symptoms they are experiencing, and identify their personal strengths and values to help them find the healing they're looking for! I take a process-oriented approach, meaning that I am intentional about helping you gain more insight into what is happening for you mentally, physically and emotionally as we examine your experiences to help you resolve internal conflict, relationship issues, and live more mindfully and fully in the present. I also offer premarital/precommitment counseling to those who are ready to make a lifelong commitment, and are looking to strengthen their bond and build a foundation for a successful, lasting relationship! I believe that "we are the ones we have been waiting for" - we all have an innate healing ability that has been present since birth.
