Welcome! I am a licensed marital and family therapist with expertise in medical diagnoses and chronic health conditions, family conflict, and athletic injuries. Therapy is a collaborative process, so the right therapist fit is paramount. I use a developmental, attachment-based, and family systems approach. I aim to empower people to better understand themselves, others, and the environmental contexts they interact with through a holistic biopsychosocial lens.
