Introduction

I'm a holistic individual and couples therapist and trauma specialist working in California online and in person in Berkeley. I help couples improve communication, deescalate conflict and come back into connection when habitual patterns of disconnection take over as well as when significant events happen such as infidelity or becoming parents. With individuals I help with relationship, boundary and communication issues, coming in alignment with the self, and understanding and removing the blocks caused by trauma. I integrate the mind and body so we can all live our most authentic lives with assertiveness, purpose and joy.
