Hi, I'm Stephanie. People seek my help for issues related to anxiety, depression, OCD, perfectionistic tendencies, ADHD, poor body image (or more accurately, internalized weight stigma), and disordered eating/eating disorders. Many find my style to be relational and warm. I pull from treatment methods such as acceptance commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and/or exposure response prevention. I feel such gratitude to be able to do this work and help folks gain a greater understanding of their emotions, their goals, and ways to achieve them.
