Stephanie is a licensed independent clinical social worker who graduated from St. Thomas/St. Kate’s in 2012. She has primarily worked in community mental health and in hospital settings for over 15 years, providing services to adults and helping them access resources in their community. Steph’s approach to therapy is simple “I believe everyone wants to truly be seen and heard, and the best way a therapist can help is by showing up authentically and empathetically and asking thoughtful questions to help you heal, grow, and reach your goals. “ Steph is interested in working with adults from all walks of life, with a growing passion for working with people 18+ who are emerging into adulthood and exploring their identity and sense of self. Steph is also interested in serving people with anxiety, depression, or any mental health symptoms and helping them with life's challenges. She is LGBTQ affirming, mindful of systemic issues that impact people’s ability to receive care and have their needs met, and open to working with people of any spiritual, philosophical or religious beliefs (or lack thereof).
