Introduction

Stephanie works from a relational, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and attachment-based perspective. Stephanie incorporates a mix of modalities including Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. Stephanie creates a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to strengthen their connection to their authentic selves, believes that all people make sense given what they have been through, and that we all have innate wisdom and capacity to move towards healing and co-existing with our struggles. Stephanie is a California Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC 16493) supervised by Dr. Thomas Lucking, LMFT 97696. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology. Stephanie previously worked for various tech companies in the Bay Area as a recruiter for over a decade.
