I am a dedicated and energetic therapist who is committed to helping adolescents and young women develop healthier relationships with their minds and bodies. While I have an eclectic approach to therapy, it always involves increasing client insight regarding ineffective or undesired behaviors while simultaneously assisting in the development of more adaptive strategies.
