Introduction

As a Christian Mental Health Therapist, I support people through a variety of mental health challenges. Specifically, I specialize in treating acute and complex trauma. Trauma seems to be a “buzzword” in our culture today. But what does it really mean? And how do we heal from such experiences that can leave us feeling disconnected, and at the same time seem integral to our identity? I help clients in understanding the deep impacts of trauma, while supporting them in rebuilding a healthy connection with their body, soul and spirit. I provide a variety of body-centered psychotherapies, such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS while staying true to biblical applications that ultimately bring healing and freedom.
