My work with individuals and couples+, is based in the belief that (when given the right support) everyone has the ability to create meaningful changes, build satisfying relationships, & find more fulfillment in life. As a psychotherapist and sex therapist, I am dedicated to providing an inclusive space, welcoming individuals across the full spectrum of gender expression, sexual orientation, identity, & relationship styles. I am well versed in working with LGBTQ+/kink/poly/+, along with more-traditional monogamous individuals/relationships. Whatever you are needing support for, I am here. Our sessions are a non-judgmental space for you to safely explore your authentic needs/desire, & gain insight. We will also work together to help you define goals, outline tangible steps for achieving them, & equip you with the tools to see results. Whether you're navigating personal growth or seeking relationship enrichment, I'd like to help you get there. Pulling from a variety of modalities, my approach is tailored to my client's needs.
