I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, that focuses on helping people navigate difficult life transitions by learning to build a healthy relationship with themselves and pour into their cup first and in turn creating healthy boundaries with others. My work focuses on identifying how your past experiences impact how you show up in the world, with relationships and as a parent. I will help you learn how your body and mind responds to stress and shows up in as anxiety, depression and PTSD related symptoms. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma I’m passionate about creating an environment for LGBTQIA+, Black and BIPOC individuals to have a voice in a world where they may feel silenced.
