Hello! I am Stephanie Heck and I have been working as a therapist for almost 20 years. I am very passionate about working with couples, families and individuals to help people elevate their level of joy, health and peacefulness in the world. It is a very overwhelming world we live in, that is why I believe it is so important for people to feel a connection with themselves and each other. Whether it's working through trauma, surviving and learning to thrive after a divorce, or getting support on challenging life transitions, my orientation is to help provide practical solutions, while also understanding the deeper origins of where dysfunctional patterns start. I am committed to helping people grow and learn about their inner workings as well as teaching people how to reduce stress and anxiety. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how I can help support, teach and find solutions to get you through life's difficulties. ***Kindly note that my practice is self pay only at time of service, as I am not networked with any insurance carriers. I am able to put credit cards or HSA cards on file to charge after sessions.In addition I am happy to provide a superbill for you to turn into your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.
