Introduction

I am a social worker who uses evidence-based practices to help people examine the lens from which they've been living life. I specialize in effective treatment of anxiety disorders, including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, social anxiety and phobias. I am also passionate about working with individuals struggling with grief, depression, transitions, stressful relationships and the pressures of life. I believe in a collaborative, strength-based healing process. You already have all of the strength in you that you need. I work from a trauma-informed lens, and have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness.
