Hi! My name is Stephanie Gonzalez and I am so excited that you are here. It takes an immense amount of courage and energy to ask for support. I hope to make the process of you starting therapy as seamless as possible, by providing all the information necessary to get you started. My clients describe the therapy process with me as safe, comfortable and collaborative. Whether you have experienced a significant trauma or cannot keep yourself from overthinking, it's necessary that we create a space that is open and safe to allow you to process what is going on. Eventually, we will begin building on skills that will support you to overcome your challenges and bring you closer to living a meaningful life. Tools include coping with difficult emotions, better communication and developing healthier relationships. I believe that therapy only works when you've found the right therapist, therefore, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to ensure that we would work well together.
