I am a Licensed Mental health Counselor and I earned my Master of Arts in Clinician Mental health Counseling from City University of Seattle in 2021. I am a returned Peace Corps volunteer where I taught English. I have experience working adolescents, teens and adults. I specialize in working with people who struggle with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family of origin issues, ADHD, self-esteem and self-worth, life transitions, and so much more. I am knowledgeable about domestic violence and grief and loss. I believe in working with the whole person and use mindfulness-based approach to help connect the mind and body. I use a trauma informed approach and I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
