Introduction

I believe that change happens both inside and outside of the therapeutic setting. Therefore, I collaborate with my clients to create inter-session tasks to help keep you on track. My integrative approach draws from a range of techniques, including relational therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, SMART Goals, and mindfulness-based approaches. Our sessions are a space for you to explore and process your unique experiences. I will meet you where you are, taking into consideration your perspective and values. My aim is to support your mental health while empowering you to take steps towards your own personal growth. In addition, I am passionate about working with those who wish to have a healthier relationship with their substance use. I take a non-judgmental approach, focusing on harm reduction and self-remediation. I collaborate with my clients to co-create a plan to reduce use and remove any shame from current or past survival mechanisms. I am also an AASECT certified sex therapist who works with individuals and couples on an array of sexual concerns. I specialize in desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunction, regaining sexual confidence, BDSM/Kink and consensual non-monogamy. In this work, we navigate self-awareness, encourage sexual agency and explore sexual values.
