Introduction

Sometimes you just need a safe and open space to talk. Whether your narrative involves soul searching for growth, learning effective communication, and/or receiving purposeful psychoeducation for life circumstances, everyone can benefit from participation in interactive counseling within a strong and encouraging therapeutic partnership. Guidance and coaching areas include parenting challenges, adult and long-term caregiving, goal setting and objectives planning, and adaptation and adjustment that often co-occur with life circumstance and developmental transitions. Experiencing an environment of reflective validation and professional support is pertinent for therapeutic success, prosperity, and mental wellness. Learning how to navigate through this highly stressful and complicated culture for every age group is easier when not feeling alone. I genuinely believe that we go from "bad" to "better", to "good" to "great" when the intentions of life are reached together. Having an extensive clinical career covering over 30-years of practice as a Gerontologist, Family Practitioner, and Mental Health Counselor has offered me the opportunity to assist in the reorganization of painful past experiences, traumatic processing, and/or management of life events for the promotion of repair and reconciliation to reach self-actualization targets with grace, contentment, and life direction. I want to hear your story and be in the privileged position to share in and celebrate your decisions for progress and change. Sessions are designed to create clinical engagement for dynamic interaction that is Client centered and Therapist supported. Use of various modalities are tailored to benefit short- and long-term goal achievement. Together, our collaborative efforts will use solution-focused services that will empower you to live the life you strive to lead. Make the Choice...."We Talk" Therapy
