Stephanie Erickson
Introduction
Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Arizona State University in 2003. She has had the pleasure of serving children, adolescents, adults and families for over 15 years in community agencies and schools. Stephanie is skilled in providing individual, family and group therapy. She assists individuals who are experiencing a variety of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, crisis situations, life transitions, family difficulties, grief and relationship concerns. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques based on each person’s situation and individual needs, some of which include CBT, Mindfulness, play-based therapies, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Stephanie is compassionate, experienced and non-judgmental. She knows that everyone needs a little extra support at different times in their lives and she is passionate about empowering individuals and families to heal and reach their goals. She believes that no matter where you are, it’s never too late to start working toward being your most whole, centered, authentic self.
