I have a strong interest in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness-based interventions. I am committed to a holistic approach that considers the impact of the mind and body on well-being. I regularly treat anxiety, depression, insomnia and grief. I have also worked extensively with cancer patients to assist with adjustment to diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. My experience also includes assisting those with a range of medical illness.
