Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey with over 15 years of work experience in the field. I earned my MA in Mental Health Counseling and Applied Psychology from Rowan University. Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of treatment settings and work with a wide range of clientele. Through these experiences I have obtained a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to the treatment and pathology of mental health. My work history has helped foster a strong degree of confidence in everyday practice, as well as dealing with both the unpredictable and crisis components of the field. I believe it is important to take a multi-faceted approach when addressing one’s mental health, and understand that when it comes to what a client needs it’s not one size fits all, it’s finding the size that fits you.
