Going through any traumatic experience can make you feel powerless and hopeless. Trauma can impact all areas of your life and make you feel out of control. You deserve to feel better and know that you can face whatever life brings. Choosing to begin therapy can be a scary experience, but I am here to help you. I specialize in working with children (and their caregivers) and individuals with an abuse or trauma history. We will utilize your strengths and interests to individualize treatment!
