Welcome! My counseling style encompasses a foundation of empathy, support, and genuineness. Fostering a trusting counseling relationship with my clients is essential as it allows for a nonjudgmental and affirming atmosphere to aid in healing from some of life’s most difficult trials. Diversity in all forms is authentically respected; clients who identify as religious, spiritual, or of no belief are welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adolescents (10+), adults, and families. I work with a variety of client concerns including but not limited to grief, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting and co-parenting and other life transitions.
