Hi I am a psychotherapist intern at Meadowbrook Counseling’s Gilbert, AZ location. I am is excited to be part of a compassionate and dedicated team as I continue my journey toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have had the privilege of working with both children and adults in a variety of mental health and social service settings. These experiences have shaped my therapeutic approach to be collaborative, empathetic, and rooted in deep respect for each individual’s story and perspective. I utilizes an integrative therapy modality, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to offer personalized treatment tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each of my clients. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment where healing and personal growth can flourish. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human and Family Development from Arizona State University. While there, I collaborated on three research projects in human development and psychology, which helped deepen my understanding of evidence-based practices. Currently, I am completing my graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and Counseling at Capella University, where I have continued to expand my knowledge in therapeutic interventions and client-centered care. My goal is to walk alongside my clients with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strengths. I feel honored to be a part of each of my client’s journey toward healing.
