Hello, my name is Stephanie, I am a Clinical Social Worker specializing in mental health who endeavors to bring a comprehensive understanding of social, political, and economic system dynamics to my practice. Having earned a Master of Social Work degree and a diverse array of certifications—including ADHD Coach, Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional (CIMPH), Certified Mindfulness Professional (CMP), and Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT)—I am committed to offering an integrated approach using the unique blend of expertise to my work with clients. I specialize in helping people with ADHD, ASD, trauma, anxiety, identity concerns, adjustment challenges, and spiritual issues. I use a mix of old and new ways to help my clients because I think it's important for each person to feel good. Lets face it, when individuals are healthy, it makes the whole community better. That's why I'm all about treating the whole person, not just one part. My goal is to help people grow stronger, bounce back from tough times, and learn more about themselves.
