Introduction

Adversity can present an opportunity for amazing personal growth and understanding. I am passionate about taking a collaborative adventure with clients as they gain new insights and obtain recovery life skills. I provide evidence-based treatments for a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, occupational and career stress, and divorce. I have been providing therapeutic services since 1997 to individuals and families in a variety of settings, including outpatient, school-based, in-home, and military settings.
