Stephanie is a dedicated professional who earned her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Wichita State University in 2023. She continued her academic journey by pursuing the advanced standing Master of Social Work program at WSU, graduating in May 2024. During her bachelor’s internship at Comcare as a case manager, Stephanie collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for children and families. She facilitated connections to essential community resources, conducted ongoing assessments of individual’s needs, all while continually monitoring progress towards patient’s short- and long-term goals. In her master’s practicum role as a therapist at Comcare, Stephanie provided compassionate therapy to adult individuals facing diverse challenges. Her experience spans working with individuals living with depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders, family and romantic relationship issues, trauma, substance use disorders, grief, and more. Stephanie’s therapeutic approach is firmly grounded in evidence-based practices. She customizes the use of therapy approaches to better be able to fully meet the specific needs and goals of each individual, fostering a confidential and empathetic environment where individuals feel safe and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. Stephanie is committed to empowering individuals to achieve personal growth, cultivate and maintain healthier relationships, and enhance their overall well-being through therapeutic support tailored to their unique circumstances and their own individual goals for treatment.
