My name is Steph Lamblin, MSCJ, NCC, LAC, LPC EMDR CIT, CERTH. I offer psychotherapy services to individuals in Northern Colorado. I have dedicated my career to helping others heal inner wounds and flourish using mindfulness and somatic awareness. I specialize in trauma, abuse, and substance abuse recovery as well as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
