Introduction

Therapy is about accepting who you are, while also exploring the ways you can grow. I am a Licensed & Board-Certified Creative Arts Therapist with related training in DBT and stress reduction, which I use to support healing and building skills to help you move forward. I’m here to assist you in navigating your experiences and working on healthy ways to cope. If you haven’t made art since second grade - no worries! No artistic experience is necessary to benefit. I’m particularly passionate about helping people dealing with complicated, unhealthy, or violent relationships. I also enjoy working with adolescent and young adult clients, particularly those healing from trauma or coping with anxiety & depression.
