Our mission is to assist you in becoming the strongest version of yourself: who you truly are. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based perspectives, and genuine kindness and compassion, we aim to take your sense of worth and self-love to unprecedented heights. With a primary focus on reflection, mindfulness, and re-framing, we will meet you where you are and guide you along your discovery journey towards healing. A little bit about Steffany Knauer: Professionally, I have 10 years experience as a therapist and enjoy working with individuals 14 years of age and older. I do consider myself spiritual rather than religious. I currently live in Louisville with my partner and daughter, where we spend much of our time together outside enjoying natures gifts. A little bit about Kate Fischer: Professionally, I have 11 years in the social work field. I welcome clients 18+. Most recently my work focuses on grief, adjustment to chronic/terminal illness, and life transitions. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, traveling and trying new foods whenever possible.
