Introduction

Stefanie is a dedicated and compassionate counselor who works with individuals of all ages, from young children (ages 3 and up) to adults. She provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and work toward healing and personal growth. Whether helping a child and parents navigate big feelings, guiding a teen through life’s challenges, or supporting an adult in overcoming past trauma, Stefanie tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Using a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Parent-Child Care (PC-Care), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), the Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI), and play therapy, Stefanie ensures that treatment is both effective and personalized. Stefanie is committed to helping individuals and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and find hope in healing. She believes that with the right support, everyone can grow and create positive change.
