Introduction

Hello! I am a therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families heal trauma, address addiction, and increase healthy family dynamics. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about creating resources for those struggling with trauma, addiction, or interpersonal problems, and am currently accepting new clients. I can meet you in person in my office, or via online Telehealth.
