Introduction

My approach to counseling is based on a Person-Centered approach as well as a Cognitive-Behavioral approach. I believe that the Therapeutic Relationship in counseling is the main ingredient for healing and growth. Collaboratively, the client and I will identify areas of concern and find ways to achieve wellness for the client. I believe that the client has the ability to find solutions to their dilemmas within themselves, but sometimes need someone to walk alongside of them during this process.
