Introduction

I am an energetic and motivated therapist ready to help individuals and families to collaboratively create a clear plan toward fulfillment in all areas of life. My style is warm and supportive, direct and collaborative. It’s my purpose to guide a client through the eye-opening journey of self-discovery. 15+ years of experience has led to a practice that is strengths-based and solution-focused. I believe in meeting everyone where they are at, right now in life: to build existing strengths and develop connections between thoughts and behaviors. Using a combination of interventions I encourage my patients to have a greater understanding of how and why they are encountering challenges in life and how they can promote change through enhanced insight and learning more effective coping skills. My commitment is in helping clients live a life of meaning and vitality. I have a special interest in working with new parents as they transition into parenthood as well as working with seasoned parents as they face the daily challenges during todays unprecedented times. Finding the right therapist can be challenging. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where my patients can explore their emotional needs and overcome barriers that may limit their full potential. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Parent Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Adult Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. I hope to make all of my clients feel safe, nurtured, empowered and better able to see life in a new light.
