Introduction

Hello! I'm Stefania. I work with adults who are looking to understand, process and heal the root cause of their emotional and relational struggles in life. My approach to therapy acknowledges that the past is always present, and it shows up in our emotions, body sensations, relationships, and core beliefs about ourselves. One of my favorite quotes is from Carl Jung: "Until we make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you'll call it fate." I will meet you where you are and provide a safe, compassionate, and judgement-free place to process trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and often utilize this technique. "Parts" work, somatic interventions, and humor are also my jam.
